As a qualified provider for USDOT-SAP evaluations, we also cater to individuals in safety-sensitive positions requiring drug and alcohol testing.
We specialize in evaluating and treating DUI offenders and extend our services to anyone needing alcohol and drug treatment or education. Our offerings include anger management and domestic violence treatment. For those seeking DUI evaluations, we provide a classification level with recommendations ranging from driver risk education to intensive outpatient or residential treatment, based on individual risk levels.
Our DUI classification levels follow Illinois guidelines:
- Level I – Minimal Risk: Requires 10 hours of Driver Risk Education.
- Level II – Moderate Risk: Includes 10 hours of Driver Risk Education, 12 hours of Intervention Counseling, and continuing care recommendations.
- Level II – Significant Risk: Involves 10 hours of Driver Risk Education, 20 hours of Outpatient Treatment, and continuing care recommendations.
- Level III – High Risk or Dependent: Entails 75 hours of Outpatient or Intensive Outpatient Treatment and continuing care recommendations.
We offer same-day appointments and reports, with weekly intervention and outpatient programs available at various locations. Our services also include comprehensive evaluations for Secretary of State hearings to assist with driver’s license reinstatement following DUI or DWI revocations.
