At our DUI Risk Education & Outpatient Treatment program, we offer tailored interventions based on the risk classification determined by the Court or the Office of the Secretary of State. For minimal risk offenders, we provide at least ten hours of DUI risk education. Moderate risk individuals receive ten hours of DUI risk education along with a minimum of 12 hours of early intervention spread over at least four weeks. Following this, participants must complete any additional necessary treatment and engage in all activities outlined in their continuing care plan if recommended.

Those classified as significant risk are required to complete ten hours of DUI risk education and a minimum of 20 hours of substance abuse treatment. Continued participation in the continuing care plan is also mandatory. For high-risk offenders, the program mandates 75 hours of substance abuse treatment, with ongoing engagement in the continuing care plan post-discharge.

It is important to note that the final recommendation, if any, is at the Court's discretion. If the alcohol and drug evaluation pertains to regaining full or limited driving privileges, compliance with the evaluation's recommendations is required. Participants have the right to refuse, withdraw from, or seek a second opinion on the evaluation, but any information gathered may be disclosed to the Court or the Office of the Secretary of State. Failure to complete the evaluation process will result in notification to the relevant authorities. We accept all major credit cards and most insurance plans, with counseling services available on a sliding fee scale.
