At Haymarket Center, treatment options are designed to cater to diverse needs through both residential and outpatient programs, all licensed by the Illinois Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery and accredited by CARF.
Residential Treatment focuses on individualized care, considering each patient’s mental and physical health, substance use history, and social factors. Programs are tailored for different needs, including specialized units for women and men. Women’s programs address issues such as opioid use, trauma, and parenting, with unique options like the Maternal Addiction Treatment (MATER) Hall and Maternity Objectives Management (MOMs) for pregnant or parenting women. For men, treatment options range from general substance use care to specialized units for trauma and opioid recovery, including short-term stabilization and integrated care for serious mental illnesses.
Outpatient Programs include Intensive Outpatient Programs, which offer extensive individual and group treatment sessions, and standard Outpatient Programs for ongoing support after residential care. The DUI Risk Education Program specifically addresses the impacts of substance use on driving behavior. All outpatient services, like residential ones, are licensed and accredited, incorporating medication-assisted treatment and evidence-based practices, with some sessions available virtually to enhance accessibility and safety.
