Our mission is to restore hope and opportunity to individuals in crisis by offering comprehensive treatment, housing, support services, and career pathways. We achieve this through personalized, onsite case management, where each adult resident and their children are paired with an individual case manager. This case manager coordinates a multi-disciplinary team of professionals who provide a range of specialized services. These include education, behavioral healthcare, mental health treatment, workforce development, and job placement assistance. Additionally, our team offers referrals for housing and other essential resources to help individuals regain stability and start anew. Our integrated approach ensures that all aspects of an individual's needs are addressed, fostering a supportive environment for lasting recovery and personal growth.
