Since 1974, HRDI has been dedicated to addressing a wide range of behavioral health and human service challenges. With a focus on improving individuals' quality of life, HRDI offers a comprehensive array of services designed to support self-sufficiency and substance-free living. The organization provides 13 distinct programs aimed at tackling issues such as sadness, anxiety, grief, substance use, frustration, conduct disorder, school behavioral concerns, social-emotional difficulties, medication management, gambling, crisis assessments, and other serious mental illnesses.

HRDI's services include both intake and assessment processes, such as substance use screening and various forms of counseling and therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. They also offer school-based interventions, crisis assessments at multiple hospitals, residential treatment options, and opioid treatment through medication-assisted approaches. In addition to these services, HRDI provides case management support, including care transitions, parenting assessments, health risk screenings, and assistance with housing and financial benefits.
