The Thresholds

At Thresholds, our Substance Use Treatment Program is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve healthier, more hopeful futures. We prioritize a client-centered approach, meeting people where they are and respecting them as experts in their own lives. Our services are guided by the principles of personalization, inclusivity, and evidence-based practices, including medication-assisted treatment.

We offer a range of services, including Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs, designed to support individuals while they remain engaged with their families and careers. Each client undergoes an initial assessment to determine their specific needs, and a personalized treatment plan is developed accordingly. Our services include individual and group counseling, recovery coaching, case management, family and couples counseling, and DUI services. Intensive Outpatient Services require at least 9 hours per week and typically last between 2 to 8 weeks, while Outpatient Services offer flexibility for less intensive or follow-up care.

Our holistic approach considers the biological, psychological, and social aspects of recovery. We integrate addiction medicines and psychiatric treatment for co-occurring disorders, enhance motivation and skills, and involve clients' social networks in the recovery process. We also offer access to mutual aid resources and support for managing online recovery environments. All services are covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance, with discounted fees available for those who qualify. At Thresholds, we are committed to working with each client to create a fulfilling and sustainable recovery journey.
