At Great Heights, we are dedicated to helping individuals rediscover the joy of life through our comprehensive substance abuse treatment programs. With over a decade of experience in counseling, intervention, and recovery, our mission is to transform efforts into tangible results. Our innovative treatment program, inspired by Dr. Fatoki's experiences as a jail physician, addresses the profound impact of opioid addiction and aims to combat the stigma associated with seeking help. Understanding that addiction is a disease and not merely a choice, we offer a supportive environment designed to foster healing and recovery.

Located in a professional suburban mall setting, Great Heights provides a discreet and confidential space for those seeking help. We are a licensed provider of alcohol and substance abuse services, accredited by CARF since June 2015. Our approach integrates evidence-based practices with compassion and respect, ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity.

Our services include both individual and group counseling, as well as a range of FDA-approved Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) options such as Methadone, Buprenorphine (Suboxone, Zubsolv, Bunavail), Sublocade (long-acting Buprenorphine), and Vivitrol (long-acting naltrexone). We also treat Alcohol Use Disorder with medications like Oral Naltrexone and Vivitrol. At Great Heights, we believe in collaboration between our professional staff and patients, empowering individuals to take charge of their own recovery while providing the support needed to succeed.
