At State of Mind Mental Health & Consultation Services, P.C., we provide a comprehensive range of mental health and substance abuse services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our approach begins with thorough objective and subjective evaluations to inform treatment plans.
For behavioral analysis, we offer customized behavior programs for adults facing developmental delays, autism, and various behavioral or emotional challenges. Our services include detailed assessments and the development of individualized behavior programs. We also provide both individual and group therapy for those with mild developmental disabilities and coordinate with community and private psychiatrists to manage psychotropic and behavioral medications. Psychological tests and assessments are administered and interpreted with clinical supervision, and we regularly review and report on progress.
In substance abuse counseling, we are an Illinois Department of Human Services (DASA) and Cook County court-approved treatment facility. Our offerings include assessment screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and various therapy options. We provide comprehensive services, from preliminary consultations and DUI evaluations to risk education and both regular and intensive outpatient treatment programs. Our goal is to support each client through tailored interventions and ongoing monitoring to facilitate their recovery and well-being.
