Phoenix Behavioral Services, Inc. offers a comprehensive range of substance abuse treatment and support services tailored to various needs and risk levels. Our programs include Risk Education, Early Intervention, and Intensive Outpatient Services, each designed to meet specific treatment requirements. For those at moderate risk, our program combines 10 hours of Risk Education with 12 hours of Early Intervention Level I M for $600. Individuals assessed with significant risk will receive 10 hours of Risk Education and 20 hours of Level I S outpatient care for $800. For high-risk cases, we provide 75 hours of Intensive Outpatient Services (Level II) for $1800.

In addition to primary treatment, we offer ongoing Aftercare with flexible options of 6, 12, or 18 months at $50 per session. Our assessment services include Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluations for $400, DUI assessments and reports, and Secretary of State denial letters with prices starting at $200.

Our services, available in English, Spanish, and Polish, also cover DUI evaluations, on-site drug testing, alcohol and drug education, anger management classes, parenting classes, and mental health assessments. Phoenix Behavioral Services is licensed by the Department of Human Services: Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) and is dedicated to providing culturally competent care to help clients achieve recovery and personal growth.
