Welcome to the Adult Children Center, LTD., an established outpatient counseling center dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families since 1984. Our center offers a wide range of services including DUI classes, evaluations, and comprehensive substance abuse treatment. We provide individual, couples, and family counseling in a supportive and respectful environment.

Licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, and approved by various county and circuit courts, we specialize in serving those with DUI and substance-related offenses. We also assist individuals facing DUI charges from out-of-state. Our knowledgeable staff is adept at navigating circuit court and probation processes and works to help clients regain their driving privileges.

Our DUI services cater to various risk levels with options including live-online virtual classes and in-person sessions. For minimal risk cases, we offer 10 hours of DUI risk education. Moderate risk clients receive both risk education and early intervention counseling. Significant risk cases involve extended substance abuse treatment and ongoing counseling, while high-risk individuals engage in more intensive treatment and continued care.

Evaluations, required by both court and the Illinois Secretary of State, are a crucial part of our services. We strive to accommodate clients’ schedules with morning, afternoon, evening, and Saturday sessions to ensure flexibility and convenience.
