We are dedicated to understanding and addressing the multifaceted nature of substance abuse through a comprehensive treatment approach.
At HHS, clients benefit from a supportive and hopeful environment created by our board-certified psychiatrist, counselors, and social workers. Our team provides a range of evidence-based therapies, including Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, REBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Anger Management, Mindfulness, and Group Therapy. This diverse array of therapeutic options is designed to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
Our Monday morning group focuses on Substance Use Disorders, covering topics such as the impact of substance use on individuals and their families, strategies for achieving and maintaining sobriety, and local sober activities and support resources. On Thursday evenings, our Relapse Prevention group delves into methods for avoiding relapse, discussing personal experiences, and identifying triggers to stay on the path to recovery.
Heartland Human Services prioritizes enhancing the positive qualities of individuals, aiming to improve their quality of life through compassionate support and effective treatment. Our therapists are committed to providing encouragement, hope, and practical tools to help clients achieve a healthy and fulfilling future.
