Family Recovery Centers (FRC), formerly known as the Child, Adolescent and Family Recovery Center, has been serving the Chicagoland area since 2009. Established to address the rising concerns of depression, anxiety, and maladaptive behaviors among adolescents, FRC provides evidence-based treatment designed for lasting recovery. The center has grown from its initial single location to three, with facilities now in Hoffman Estates, St. Charles, and Plano.
As an intensive outpatient program (IOP), FRC offers therapy sessions from 5-8 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with sessions on Tuesday and Friday evenings dedicated exclusively to adolescents. This schedule supports the continuity of regular work and school routines. Recognizing the benefits of extended care, FRC recommends a minimum commitment of 10-12 weeks for optimal outcomes.
The clinical team at FRC comprises highly skilled, licensed professionals who are dedicated to improving patient lives. The center is accredited by The Joint Commission for Behavioral Health and licensed by the State of Illinois, ensuring high standards of care. To address needs outside of regular hours, clinicians are available 24/7 for crisis management and in-the-moment skills coaching, providing essential support during challenging times in the home environment.
