Beu Health Center is a comprehensive outpatient medical clinic dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to registered Western Illinois University students. Staffed by a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including board-certified MDs and certified nurse practitioners, the center ensures continuous, high-quality medical care. The clinic offers a range of services by appointment, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, preventive care such as blood pressure checks and diabetes screening, immunizations, and general physicals for various needs.

Students benefit from campus convenience with on-site services such as pharmacy, laboratory, and X-ray facilities, which enable same-day results and faster treatment. The center's services extend beyond typical urgent or prompt care, addressing complex health issues with the same level of care as a home physician. For those covered by the WIU Health Insurance plan, most services are fully covered, while students with other insurance plans can access care at lower costs compared to many co-pays.

Beu Health Center also provides mental health and psychiatric services, minor surgical procedures, and specialized care for sexual health and chronic conditions. Additional offerings include health education and outreach programs, as well as support through the Alcohol and Other Drugs Resource Center (AODRC), which provides DUI evaluations and counseling.
