Outpatient Therapy Services
Our Outpatient Therapy program is designed to support individuals of all ages, including children, teens, and adults, through both in-person and virtual sessions. We offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and families. Our skilled therapists utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) techniques to provide psychoeducation, enhance parenting skills, and develop emotional regulation and coping strategies. This approach helps families overcome trauma, build resilience, and address related symptoms effectively.
At the outset, clients will undergo the Illinois Medicaid Comprehensive Assessment of Needs and Strengths (IM+CANS), in collaboration with their therapist or an intake specialist. This comprehensive evaluation, along with the creation of a personalized Treatment Plan, ensures that each client receives the most suitable services for their needs.
We accept a variety of insurance plans, including Medicaid through Meridian Health Plan, IlliniCare Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Harmony Health Plan, CountyCare Health Plan, and Molina Health Care. Our commitment is to empower clients to achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being through compassionate and effective therapy.
