At ComWell, we offer immediate access to substance misuse and mental health services in Southern Illinois for both adults and youth. Our Same Day Assessment program allows individuals to walk into our office and receive counseling on the same day without needing an appointment, ensuring timely support with no waiting list or lengthy phone processes. This program provides flexible access to initial assessments for mental health and substance use issues, requiring only a few essential items: insurance card, a list of current medications, and a parent or guardian for minors.

The first appointment may last up to two hours, during which individuals can receive guidance and begin their path to recovery. For those without insurance, we offer a sliding scale fee. Although in-person services are available, we recommend utilizing our video and telephone assessments to ensure client safety and convenience.

Our trained clinicians are dedicated to supporting individuals through their journey to recovery, employing a range of approaches including harm reduction and abstinence, tailored to each person's unique needs. Through education, counseling, and support, we empower individuals to overcome substance misuse, rebuild their lives, and achieve lasting change. Additionally, our Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC) offers ongoing support and services to reinforce recovery efforts and provide a comprehensive support system for lasting success.
