The Rock Island County Council on Addictions (RICCA) is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to supporting individuals struggling with addiction. We provide a range of adult outpatient services, including Continuing Care, Outpatient, and Intensive Outpatient programs, all of which are fully licensed and evidence-based. Our treatment approach integrates individual counseling, group therapy, education, and family involvement to ensure comprehensive support for our clients. Each participant is evaluated through a clinical assessment to determine their suitability for our programs.
In addition to our treatment services, RICCA offers substance use evaluations for both adults and adolescents. These evaluations are available in-person and remotely, utilizing the ASAM Placement Criteria to determine the most appropriate level of care and treatment placement. Our evaluations are conducted by licensed and certified clinicians, ensuring that each client receives a thorough and professional assessment tailored to their specific needs.
