At our community mental health center, we offer a comprehensive range of services to address diverse mental health needs. Our outpatient counseling services provide compassionate, weekly or bi-weekly sessions where individuals can discuss their problems and symptoms. These sessions are supported by additional services including group therapy, case management, and community support to ensure holistic care.

For urgent situations, we offer crisis counseling available around the clock, with a dedicated team of counselors meeting the standards set by the Department of Human Services and Medicaid Rule 132. Our crisis services are designed to respond promptly and effectively, whether in-office or off-site.

Our team includes Dr. Philip Woerner, a board-certified psychiatrist with over 60 years of experience, who specializes in psychotropic medication management, and Veronica Williams, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 27 years of local experience. Together, they provide expert psychiatric care tailored to individual needs.

We also offer specialized support groups, including a Relapse Prevention Group for those with Substance Use Disorder, which is especially beneficial for individuals in outpatient treatment. Additionally, our Wellness Recovery Action Program runs twice a year over ten weeks, and we provide personalized support for individuals on the autism spectrum through specialized counseling and workshops.

Our facility also hosts various support groups throughout the year, including Anger Management, Parenting, and Divorce Support Groups. We are committed to enriching our community with diverse programs and staying responsive to emerging needs.
