Centerstone’s Fellowship House Campus offers comprehensive services for individuals struggling with substance use disorders (SUDs) and co-occurring issues. We accept Illinois Medicaid and Illinois Medicaid-Managed Care, and we provide options for those without insurance or with low income. Our treatment programs are designed to equip clients with essential tools for recovery, facilitate exploration of personal thoughts and emotions, and help set and achieve individual goals.
Our professional team offers a range of services, including a medically monitored detoxification program tailored for both women and men, a specialized residential rehabilitation program for men, and outpatient programs for adults and youth. These programs are structured to support clients at various stages of their recovery journey, from initial detox to long-term outpatient care.
