LSSI provides comprehensive services for individuals dealing with DUI-related offenses. Our offerings include a variety of telehealth-based programs designed to meet court requirements and support individual needs. Services encompass a 10-hour risk education course tailored for minimal, moderate, and significant risk levels, early intervention for moderate risks, outpatient treatment for significant risks, and intensive outpatient treatment for high-risk cases if clinically suitable. DUI drug and alcohol evaluations are available exclusively at our Sterling location.

All treatment services are individualized according to personal evaluations and court recommendations. Payment for services is out-of-pocket, with costs including a DUI evaluation at $250 and risk education courses on a sliding fee scale up to $230. Early intervention fees also use a sliding scale, with maximum costs ranging between $100 and $160. Some outpatient and intensive outpatient services may be covered by insurance, including Medicaid and major commercial plans such as Aetna, BCBS, Humana, and Optum.

For those without insurance, sliding scale fees and DUI packages are available. Payment options include cash, check, credit cards, Medicaid, and various commercial insurance plans. To schedule an intake or for more information, please contact our intake specialists. All of LSSI’s substance use services are licensed by the State of Illinois’ Department of Substance Use Prevention & Recovery.
