Stepping Stones offers comprehensive support for individuals struggling with alcohol or drug addiction, including those with concurrent mental health needs. Renowned for its evidence-based and medically-informed methods, Stepping Stones provides both clinical services and recovery support tailored to individual needs.

Our Outpatient Treatment program offers up to eight hours of care per week, designed for those who can maintain abstinence and manage recovery goals with minimal support. Flexible scheduling, available during both day and evening hours, accommodates various responsibilities. The treatment focuses on group sessions using a person-centered, evidence-based curriculum, supplemented by individual counseling to address personal concerns and aid in decision-making.

Recognizing the critical role of family support, Stepping Stones includes family involvement through group and family sessions, helping relatives understand and support the changes being made in treatment.

For those requiring more intensive support, our Intensive Residential Treatment provides a high-intensity, clinically managed environment with 24-hour monitoring. This program is designed for adults needing a structured setting to address their substance use, gain stability, and develop recovery skills. The typical stay ranges from 14 to 21 days, depending on individual needs. Residents participate in group and individual therapy, peer support groups, and receive ongoing case management and recovery support throughout their treatment.
