The AAID Impact Panel provides educational sessions aimed at reducing impaired driving and its devastating consequences. These panels are designed for individuals mandated to attend DUI classes and for anyone committed to making safer choices on the road. Sessions are held at designated locations, including the Hornet Park Community Center in Beech Grove, IN, and the 100F Building in Indianapolis, IN, with English and Spanish-language options available.
The program emphasizes the importance of responsible decision-making and features powerful testimonials from individuals whose lives have been impacted by impaired driving. Each session lasts two hours, with check-in beginning at 5:00 PM, and doors closing promptly at 6:25 PM. Late arrivals are not admitted. Sessions are scheduled bi-monthly throughout the year, and participants are required to register in advance. The next scheduled panel is on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at the Odd Fellow Building on Rockville Road.
Participants must bring a valid ID and $50 in cash or money order, as no personal checks or cards are accepted. Receipts will be provided as proof of attendance. The program’s mission is to prevent deaths and injuries caused by impaired driving, support victims affected by these incidents, and educate youth on the dangers of substance use and driving under the influence.
