At Addictions Recovery Centers, we offer comprehensive services to address substance use and its effects, starting with a professional Substance Abuse Evaluation. This face-to-face interview, conducted by a licensed addictions counselor, assesses an individual’s psychological and social history using DSM-V criteria. Based on the evaluation, recommendations for further services, if needed, are tailored to the client’s specific situation.

Our education programs are designed to empower individuals with knowledge about the impact of substance use on their mental, physical, and emotional well-being. These programs cater to a variety of needs, including DUI-related education, and emphasize evidence-based practices to support long-term change.

The Level I Education Group is an eight-hour program ideal for individuals without a substance abuse or dependency diagnosis but who require basic alcohol and drug education. Delivered through group discussions, lectures, and videos, this two-session course focuses on the dangers of substance use, healthy decision-making, and alternative behaviors.

For those with a substance abuse diagnosis, the Substance Abuse Education Group provides 12 two-hour sessions incorporating discussions, lectures, and videos to explore the physiological, psychological, and spiritual effects of substance use. Evidence-based curricula are used to enhance understanding and promote recovery.

The Change Company Education Series offers a cognitive approach tailored for individuals involved with the criminal justice system. This 10-week program combines workbook assignments with weekly two-hour sessions to help participants reflect on their behaviors and adopt healthier lifestyles.

These education and treatment programs are structured to meet diverse needs, including those referred through DUI or legal requirements, ensuring participants gain the tools and insights necessary for lasting change.
