Putnam County Substance Abuse Program

The Putnam County Courts offer comprehensive programs to address various aspects of offender management and rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on DUI and substance abuse-related cases. The Pretrial Services Program aims to reduce jail populations by assessing the risk levels of detainees using the Indiana Risk Assessment System and facilitating their release under court orders. The Alcohol and Drug Unit (PCADU) is a key component of the Probation Department, focusing on individuals convicted of alcohol and drug-related offenses.
