Shelby County A&D Program

The Shelby County Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program (SCADAP), operated by Shelby County Probation, provides comprehensive Alcohol and Drug Assessments (ADA) as part of its commitment to addressing substance abuse within the community. This program, established in compliance with IC 12-23-14 and the Judicial Conference of Indiana Rules for Court and Alcohol Drug Programs, is designed to assess individuals referred by the court or other agencies, such as the Prosecutor’s Office or Community Corrections.
