Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Services provide flexible support for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. These services cater to those who have completed residential treatment or individuals who do not need the intensive care of an inpatient facility. Clients can live at home, maintain employment, and care for their families while receiving counseling and support to remain drug and alcohol-free. The outpatient program offers various treatment options, including individual counseling, group therapy, random drug screens, and family involvement. Clients work with professionals to develop personalized treatment plans, progressing through levels of care based on their needs.

The program also includes evaluations and assessments, available on the same day at select locations, to determine the severity of substance use, gambling, or mental health concerns. Clients may be referred for further treatment within the organization or to community resources. The program features intensive outpatient (IOP) and extended outpatient (EOP) programs that address early recovery skills, relapse prevention, and include a family education component. Specialized tracks include gender-specific programming, anger management, and treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions.

Additionally, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) combines prescription medications and counseling to treat alcohol and opioid use disorders. Services are available on-site in partnership with UCS Healthcare. For adolescents, specialized treatment options are offered, including intensive and extended outpatient programs designed to teach essential recovery skills. Through these programs, Community and Family Resources supports individuals in achieving lasting recovery and reintegration into their communities.
