Our organization provides a comprehensive range of services aimed at supporting individuals and families dealing with substance use and mental health challenges. We offer evaluations and assessments to identify substance use and/or mental health disorders, assisting individuals in accessing necessary services. We accept insurance, private pay, and sliding fee scales. Our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services include personalized treatment plans developed after a thorough clinical assessment to help individuals and families navigate addiction recovery.

Mental health therapy is available to those experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties, providing a safe and confidential space for healing. Additionally, we offer Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS) for children facing disruptions in daily life due to mental health and behavioral health challenges. These services focus on skill development such as cognitive flexibility, communication, and conflict resolution.

Family-centered services are available through Iowa's Department of Health and Human Services, providing support for family safety and stability. For court-ordered cases, we offer supervised visitation services to aid in family reunification. Peer Recovery Coaching offers personalized recovery planning with guidance from individuals who have lived experience with addiction.

We also provide services to individuals under the jurisdiction of the United States Probation Office, including substance use treatment and cognitive services. For individuals facing homelessness due to addiction, our sober living homes, including Hope Street of Siouxland and Eunoia Sober Living House for women, offer a supportive environment with case management and recovery-focused resources. These services aim to strengthen and preserve families while fostering recovery and stability.
