NEIBH offers comprehensive OWI (Operating While Intoxicated) evaluation and treatment services to help individuals meet the requirements for regaining their driving privileges. The program includes the 12-hour Prime for Life education course, which is held multiple times each month. This course is specifically designed to provide participants with essential knowledge about alcohol and drug use, empowering them to make informed decisions and better understand the risks associated with impaired driving. NEIBH’s OWI program is structured to support individuals in fulfilling legal obligations while promoting long-term behavioral changes. Through education, guidance, and support, the program aims to help participants reduce the likelihood of future offenses and improve their overall well-being.
