DUI Programs of Kentucky

DUI Programs of Kentucky offers state-approved DUI classes in Lexington, Richmond, and Winchester, with flexible scheduling options including evenings and weekends. To begin the process, participants must first complete an online assessment form, which helps our assessors tailor the program to individual needs. This confidential paperwork can be accessed easily on our website and takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. Once submitted, the next step is to schedule an in-person assessment, which typically lasts 30-45 minutes. During this appointment, participants will gain clarity on the number of classes required and the associated fees.

Assessments are available at specific times: Sundays and Thursdays in Lexington, Mondays in Richmond, and Saturdays in Winchester, with additional times available upon request. Participants are encouraged to bring necessary documentation, including a copy of their AOC494 and citation, which can be obtained from the court handling their case. Payment for the assessment is due at the time of the appointment and can be made via cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or money order.

Our programs are designed to support participants throughout the process, with a reassuring message: “Breathe!! You've got this!” In addition to DUI classes, we provide valuable resources regarding ignition interlock requirements and Kentucky DUI laws, ensuring a comprehensive approach to recovery and compliance. Join us in taking the first step towards regaining your driving privileges and making positive changes in your life.
