Welcome to a compassionate and client-centered counseling practice dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness. As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with specialized training in smoking cessation and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I bring a strength-based, solution-focused approach rooted in motivational interviewing. I have had the privilege of working with many courageous individuals in both individual and group settings, helping them discover and pursue their unique paths to healing.

My approach emphasizes collaboration and empowerment, recognizing that each person possesses the inner strength and ability to make meaningful changes in their life. Together, we will explore your personal goals through talk therapy, as well as creative and expressive tools such as art, music, meditation, and journaling. These therapeutic activities are designed to support your emotional growth, promote self-awareness, and offer healthy alternatives to past coping mechanisms.

Every journey is unique, and I am committed to creating a supportive and respectful space that aligns with your comfort level and capabilities. Whether you're seeking to overcome addiction, develop healthier habits, or simply improve your overall well-being, I am here to guide you with empathy and encouragement. Your courage to begin this process is deeply respected, and I look forward to walking alongside you as you discover what recovery means for you and how to achieve it in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
