At Crooked River Counseling (CRC), we are dedicated to supporting you on your journey to recovery. Our primary goal is to ensure your success by providing a welcoming and safe environment for all individuals seeking help. As an Opioid Health Home (OHH), CRC offers a comprehensive, whole-person approach to treatment for opioid dependency through MaineCare and grant funding. Our care model integrates various services, including counseling, medication-assisted treatment, care coordination, peer support, and medical consultations.
The OHH model focuses on the key dimensions necessary for long-term recovery: Health, Home, Purpose, and Community. We emphasize helping individuals manage their substance use disorders while making informed, healthy choices to improve their physical and emotional well-being. Stable housing, meaningful daily activities, and strong social networks are also integral parts of a self-directed life.
Additionally, CRC offers the DEEP Program to assess and evaluate individuals seeking support. The evaluation process involves 2-4 sessions and includes interviews with concerned individuals. While this assessment requires an out-of-pocket expense, we ensure that the necessary paperwork is submitted and completed to connect you with the services you need.
