Deborah Day, LCSW, offers comprehensive mental health counseling services, including individual and family therapy for anxiety disorders, PTSD, mood disorders, stress reduction, and more. In addition to mental health support, our experienced substance use disorder counselors provide both individual and group counseling to help individuals overcome addiction. These services are available at our Lubec and East Machias offices, with flexible options for in-person, tele-video, or phone consultations.

We also offer specialized programs to address specific needs. Our Driver Education and Evaluation Program (DEEP) assists individuals who have been charged with Operating Under the Influence (OUI) in our Lubec office. For those struggling with opioid addiction, our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program, which includes Suboxone, provides essential support. This program offers a unique opportunity to meet with both a Substance Use Disorder Counselor and a medical provider, typically on the same day. Our MAT program is designed to be flexible, with weekly appointments at first, reducing in frequency as progress is made. To ensure accessibility, we strive to schedule counseling and provider appointments consecutively, minimizing the impact on work and transportation. For those without insurance, our Outreach & Enrollment counselor will assist in obtaining coverage through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or MaineCare and offer guidance on our Sliding Fee Discount program. Our goal is to provide personalized, comprehensive care to support each individual’s journey to recovery.
