Treatment Services at Hope’s Horizon

Hope’s Horizon provides a comprehensive six-month program with various treatment options tailored to meet each individual’s needs. The program includes state-certified education courses, clinical assessments, and specialized detoxification services to support individuals on their path to recovery.

The DUI Education Course is a six-week, 12-hour program approved by the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA), designed to educate participants on the impact of impaired driving and promote safer behaviors.

Clinical assessments are the first step in treatment, conducted by state-certified alcohol and drug counselors. These assessments provide a thorough understanding of a person's medical, psychological, and social history, allowing the team to recommend the most suitable level of care based on the individual’s needs.

Hope’s Horizon offers ambulatory withdrawal management for individuals struggling with alcohol, benzodiazepines, and opiates. Detox from alcohol and benzodiazepines can be physically challenging and requires medical supervision. Patients undergoing detox remain on-site for several hours to be closely monitored by trained medical staff, ensuring safety and comfort. In more complex cases, patients may be referred to a higher level of care.

For individuals with opiate dependency, Hope’s Horizon provides specialized detox programs. The team creates a personalized medication plan to help minimize withdrawal symptoms. The detox process is closely monitored to ensure safety and effectiveness, and comfort medications may be administered to ease the experience.

Hope’s Horizon also offers medication-assisted treatment to reduce the risk of relapse.
