These programs are approved by both the state and the MVA (Motor Vehicle Administration), ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Upon an initial evaluation, individuals may be recommended for one of two specific programs based on their needs.

The first program is a 12-Hour Alcohol/Drug Education course, designed to educate individuals who show early signs of alcohol or drug abuse. This program is structured to be completed within six weeks, offering participants the foundational knowledge to recognize and address their issues.

The second program is DUI Treatment, which includes 26 sessions and typically spans 26 weeks. This program is more comprehensive, aimed at individuals who require further support in managing their substance use. In some cases, this treatment can be completed in as few as 13 weeks, depending on the participant's progress and specific needs.
