Our online 12-hour and 26-hour DUI/DWI classes are fully approved by the State of Maryland and meet the state’s Alcohol Education Program (AEP) requirements for individuals across all Maryland counties. Designed for your convenience, these courses allow you to complete your mandated DUI education from the privacy and comfort of your own home. With rolling registration, participants can join the program and start their sessions almost immediately.
These DUI/Early Intervention classes are intended to help individuals convicted of driving under the influence or those at risk of such behavior. The curriculum covers critical topics, including the legal and social consequences of impaired driving, risk reduction strategies, and the development of healthier coping skills to avoid future incidents. Participants may choose between a 12-hour course, completed over 12 weeks, or a more intensive 26-hour course, completed over 26 weeks.
The program accommodates out-of-state residents who need to fulfill Maryland’s DUI requirements, though participants are advised to consult their attorney to ensure compliance with court mandates. If you’ve previously attended a similar course, you may transfer your hours to our program, but it's essential to verify that your completed hours meet your legal obligations.
Classes are private and secure, with confidentiality maintained within the boundaries of the program. Upon completing the course, participants typically receive a certificate of completion, which may be required to satisfy court orders or probation requirements. If you have transferred hours from another program, a certificate of attendance will be issued instead.
