At Serenity Services, we offer comprehensive DUI treatment and education programs designed to help individuals meet court and state requirements while addressing underlying substance use issues. Our DUI treatment program spans 26 hours and must be completed within 90 days. This program is tailored for individuals diagnosed with alcohol dependency or abuse and includes a detailed assessment, an individualized treatment plan, a 12-hour education component, and ongoing individual counseling sessions. The final phase of treatment consists of weekly group sessions for 10 weeks, with individual sessions scheduled every 30 days, concluding with a final aftercare and discharge planning session.

Our DUI/DWI education program is approved by the State of Maryland and meets the legal requirements set by the courts for license reinstatement. These classes provide essential education on the risks of impaired driving and typically range from 12 to 26 weeks, with additional sessions available if required by the state. These courses offer a cost-effective solution for individuals needing to fulfill their legal obligations after a DUI or DWI, empowering them to regain their driving privileges while promoting responsible decision-making and long-term behavior change.
