By Grace Counseling Services offers specialized, patient-focused programs to address the unique needs of individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. Our services are designed to support various populations, including DUI/DWI offenders, criminal justice clients, adolescents, seniors, LGBTQ individuals, men, women, and pregnant women. We also provide comprehensive care for individuals living with postpartum depression, HIV/AIDS, or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Our 50-bed residential facility accepts referrals for adults aged 18 to 70, offering a safe and supportive environment for recovery. Key treatment programs include medically managed inpatient methadone treatment for opioid addiction, drug detoxification, and various therapy options to help individuals achieve long-term recovery.

For those battling opioid addiction, our methadone treatment program is administered by licensed medical professionals who carefully tailor the dosage based on the individual’s needs. Patients undergo regular counseling sessions to address underlying issues contributing to addiction and to support their recovery journey. We also provide medically supervised detoxification services, where patients are closely monitored through the withdrawal process. After detox, individuals participate in therapy sessions to address emotional and psychological challenges.

Our group therapy sessions cover essential topics such as relapse prevention, anger management, and codependency, incorporating principles of spirituality and fellowship to foster a sense of community and accountability. Additionally, our opioid treatment program offers counseling alongside medication management to help patients achieve stability and maintain abstinence.
