The Massachusetts Impaired Driver Program (MID) offers comprehensive treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders (SUDs). Clinicians work closely with clients to address their specific recovery needs through individual counseling sessions. These sessions incorporate effective therapeutic approaches such as relapse prevention, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), along with referrals to community services, fostering a patient-centered approach to recovery. For individuals with multiple charges of operating under the influence (OUI), the Second Offender Aftercare (SOA) program provides mandatory treatment for a year, including assessments and group or individual therapy, depending on the participant's progress. Court referral is required.

For those needing more intensive support, the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a higher level of care, allowing individuals to stay within their community while receiving therapeutic interventions like group therapy, psychoeducation, and personalized treatment goals. The Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) specializes in medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, particularly using Methadone, along with a variety of supportive services including addiction assessments, counseling, case management, and harm reduction education. This program operates seven days a week and provides an individualized care team consisting of medical professionals and addiction specialists to support each patient's recovery journey. Through these programs, the center aims to guide individuals on the path to lasting recovery from addiction.
