Fairwinds partners with Massachusetts courts to provide a range of court-mandated services, including alcohol and drug treatment, rehabilitation, and mental health assessments. These services are designed for individuals who have been mandated by the court to address substance misuse or related issues. The process begins with a comprehensive assessment by one of our counselors, followed by tailored recommendations for recovery. Accurate records of attendance are maintained to ensure compliance with state regulations.
The Massachusetts Impaired Driving (MID) class is a 16-week program for first-time DUI offenders, aimed at addressing the issues of impaired driving. The Second Offender Aftercare (SOA) program offers one year of outpatient therapy, specifically focused on substance misuse, for individuals who have been through prior treatment. For individuals mandated for violent offenses, the Men Overcoming Anger and Moving On (MOMO) program provides a 20-hour anger management course designed to help participants address and manage their anger. Additionally, court-mandated assessments are available for individuals where substance misuse or a mental health disorder is believed to have contributed to a crime, offering a thorough mental health evaluation by a licensed professional.
Please note that insurance does not cover these services.
