Plymouth Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) offers a comprehensive range of outpatient services designed to support individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges in Bristol and Plymouth counties. The center provides treatment for children, adolescents, and adults, with services including counseling, psychiatric care, and medication management, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) options such as Suboxone and Vivitrol. Additionally, CBHC offers specialized programs, including the Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA), anger management, gambling services, and intimate partner abuse education. The center also provides support for individuals involved in legal matters, offering substance use disorder and mental health evaluations for court, RMV, and other agencies, as well as programs for first and second-time offenders and the Massachusetts Impaired Driving Program (MID).

CBHC is committed to ensuring timely access to care, with walk-in screenings and clinical visits available within 24 hours and medication appointments within 72 hours. Services are available in-person and through telehealth, providing flexible access to treatment. The center also offers recovery coaching, relapse prevention groups, and care coordination to support individuals throughout their recovery journey. Open 24/7, including holidays, CBHC ensures that individuals in crisis can access immediate care.
