Family Service and Children’s Aid (FSCA) provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services to individuals, youth, and families in Jackson County and the surrounding areas. The agency focuses on creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for clients, with a commitment to improving overall quality of life. FSCA's goal is to enhance emotional well-being, promote self-management, and improve daily functioning for those in need of services. In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, FSCA remains dedicated to offering Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services, ensuring they are available to all, regardless of financial circumstances. The agency offers a range of services, including Intensive Outpatient Programs, individual and family therapy, case management, acupuncture, and youth services. Additionally, specialized programs such as Women's Specialty Services, Recovery Court Services, and Peer Support are available to cater to diverse needs. FSCA also emphasizes the importance of community safety, strongly encouraging the availability of Narcan to help prevent opioid overdoses. To ensure accessibility, FSCA offers a sliding scale fee for mental health services for those without insurance and accepts most major insurances. With added support like transportation and childcare for clients, FSCA is dedicated to making recovery services accessible to all, regardless of ability to pay.
