North Kent Guidance Services (NKGS) is dedicated to providing comprehensive counseling, treatment, and evaluation services for individuals and families dealing with substance abuse and other mental health concerns. The professional staff at NKGS offers a range of services, including group therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Confidentiality and privacy are prioritized, and clients work closely with their therapists to set goals that lead to greater clarity and personal strength. In addition to substance abuse counseling, NKGS operates an Assessment Center that specializes in diagnostic evaluations and psychological consultations. Staffed by licensed psychologists, clinical forensic counselors, and certified addictions counselors, the center provides a variety of services for individuals with learning disabilities, psychiatric conditions, or those facing psychological issues related to stress, trauma, and abuse. The Assessment Center also offers specialized evaluations for academic difficulties, ADD/ADHD, dementia, gerontology, and bariatric surgery readiness. Career assessments and guidance are available for all ages, including job transitioning support.

Whether seeking therapy, assessment, or guidance, NKGS is committed to offering the highest quality care, providing clients with the tools and support needed to navigate life's challenges.
