Day One Programs offers comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder treatment services to individuals and families. Licensed mental health professionals provide personalized counseling and psychiatric services to address mild to moderate conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. The center also specializes in helping individuals cope with trauma resulting from abuse, domestic violence, bullying, or loss.

For those struggling with substance use disorders, Day One offers both outpatient and intensive outpatient programs. These include group therapy, individual counseling, psychiatric support, family therapy, peer recovery coaches, and drug screenings. Clients receive education on the cycle of addiction, relapse prevention, and effective coping strategies. Additionally, Day One offers specialized treatment for adolescents, including group and individual therapy, drug screenings, and access to 12-step programs. An 8-week family education series is also available to support both the teen and their family in the recovery process.

The Project Recovery Intensive Services for Mothers (PRISM) program provides tailored treatment for pregnant and parenting women facing substance misuse. This program includes one-on-one therapy, group counseling, and case management, with added support through onsite childcare and free transportation. PRISM prioritizes women’s access to treatment, ensuring they can maintain consistent care while balancing their parenting responsibilities. Day One Programs is committed to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery with comprehensive, accessible care.
