The Creed of Recovery Overview

The Creed of Recovery offers comprehensive support through four specialized programs: Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Community Integration (CI), Case Management (CM), and Recovery Housing. These programs can be utilized individually or in combination, particularly beneficial for adult males eligible for all four concurrently. Each program is tailored to enhance personal strengths and facilitate the journey toward self-reliance.

The Recovery Housing Program plays a pivotal role in the transition from addiction to independence, providing a safe, alcohol and drug-free environment. Its mission is to foster a structured living arrangement that promotes autonomy and self-sufficiency. The program features a three-phase transitional model, gradually shifting responsibility from staff to participants as they progress.

Intake assessments are conducted by certified professionals, ensuring personalized accountability and support. Participants benefit from a strong sense of community, guided by both certified specialists and peers who foster recovery. The program also emphasizes continued care post-housing, encouraging engagement in community groups and activities to maintain recovery momentum.

The facility is fully furnished, equipped with modern amenities, and strategically located near essential services and employment opportunities. While Recovery Housing operates on a self-pay basis without insurance support, assistance may be available for individuals facing financial hardships.
