Participants must check in on Thursday evening and remain until Sunday afternoon to complete the course. Held at the Hampton Inn in Columbus, Ohio, the program includes meals and accommodations, with costs set at $650 for single occupancy and $475 for double occupancy. Payment must be made in advance to secure a spot, with a non-refundable deposit required upon registration. A cancellation policy applies, requiring notice at least seven business days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Participants are expected to adhere to strict rules throughout their stay, including prohibitions on alcohol, drugs, and electronic devices. The curriculum covers essential topics such as the consequences of substance use, blood alcohol content, and the effects of substances on driving performance.
