Key Decisions/Positive Choices is a state-certified alcohol and drug treatment program dedicated to helping clients recognize and address the negative behaviors associated with substance use and abuse. Through individualized and group counseling, we provide education and awareness to adults, while also offering mental health services to identify and treat co-occurring disorders that often accompany substance misuse. Our holistic approach instills a sense of optimism, dignity, and hope in our clients, recognizing that their circumstances impact not just themselves, but their families as well.

At Key Decisions/Positive Choices, we prioritize comprehensive care, collaborating with a clinical team of psychologists, psychiatrists, licensed independent social workers, clinical counselors, and community support agencies. This collaborative network enables us to effectively assess each client and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to deliver quality, timely services to clients and the court while fulfilling a vital community service.

We also offer community support services that focus on coordination and advocacy to help clients maintain a functional level in their home, school, work, and community environments. Our 72-Hour Driver Intervention Program, established in 2001 and accredited by the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services, provides screening, education, and referral services for individuals arrested or convicted of OVI/DUI offenses. Additionally, we offer an 8-hour Remedial Driver Training course and an Alcohol and Drug Education Course by appointment. Financial assistance may be available for eligible clients, ensuring accessibility to our vital programs.
