Finding and Sustaining Recovery: Addiction Services

At Quest Center, we are dedicated to supporting individuals in the Portland Metro Area who are striving to overcome addiction and establish lasting sobriety through our integrated behavioral health treatment program, Finding and Sustaining Recovery (FSR). This holistic program is designed to help individuals build sober and healthy lifestyles with the support of providers who understand their unique experiences.

One of our standout initiatives, The Resilience Initiative (TRI), addresses the need for culturally specific wellness services within the African American community. Developed in collaboration with Miracles Club, TRI offers a comprehensive outpatient substance treatment program that integrates peer support, individual and group therapy with complementary therapies such as acupuncture, conscious movement, and anti-inflammatory nutrition. These approaches aim to manage pain, reduce cravings, and promote overall well-being.

TRI fosters a healing environment free from stereotyping, bias, and discrimination, ensuring that every individual receives respectful and effective care. Our commitment is to provide a supportive space where individuals can focus on their recovery journey without facing any barriers to accessing quality treatment. At TRI, we believe that everyone deserves excellent care and the opportunity to achieve a healthier, sober life.
