Virtue Recovery offers a holistic approach to substance use recovery, emphasizing that lasting change involves more than just abstaining from substances—it requires a comprehensive lifestyle transformation. Our services are designed to engage guests actively in their recovery journey and equip them with the skills needed for long-term sobriety.

We provide a range of therapeutic services, including psychoeducation groups that educate guests about addiction, relapse prevention, healthy relationships, and co-occurring disorders, supporting the Disease Model of addiction. Our process groups offer a supportive environment where guests can openly discuss their issues and connect with peers, fostering essential communication skills for recovery.

Our 12-Step groups, featuring both staff and external 12-step program members, introduce guests to frameworks like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous, helping them establish connections and find sponsors. Meditation therapy helps guests manage stress, anxiety, and pain through various techniques, contributing to overall mental well-being. Yoga therapy, offered five days a week, supports physical and mental health by improving circulation, reducing stress, and enhancing energy levels.

Music therapy addresses physical, emotional, and cognitive needs through activities such as creating and listening to music, providing an alternative path to well-being and recovery. Art therapy leverages creative expression to promote healing, self-awareness, and self-esteem, aiding guests in overcoming addiction and managing withdrawal symptoms. At Virtue Recovery, we strive to empower guests to achieve a fulfilling and sustainable recovery.
