Adapt is certified by the Oregon Health Authority to provide specialized DUII (Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants) treatment for individuals referred by an Alcohol and Drug Evaluation Specialist. Our services include comprehensive assessment and diagnosis, level of care determination, individualized treatment planning, and support through referrals. Our offerings include intensive outpatient services, comprehensive case management, peer support, DUII assessment and treatment, and chronic pain management.

Additionally, we provide rapid access to residential and detox services, specialized treatment for women such as Moms in Recovery and Life After Trauma, problem gambling treatment, and tobacco cessation programs. Adapt is dedicated to supporting individuals through every step of their recovery journey, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for success.
