At New Priorities Family Services (NPFS), our DUII and substance use treatment programs offer comprehensive care tailored to individual needs. Our DUII Group, mandated by the State of Oregon, provides essential DUII information and treatment completion support. Please note that this group is not covered by Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or other insurance providers, and clients are responsible for paying the fee directly. We offer flexible scheduling with both AM and PM groups to fit various needs. Although urinalysis tests are not included in the DUII fees, clients will be asked to provide random tests throughout their treatment, billed separately by Emerald National Laboratories.

Our substance use treatment integrates both chemical dependency and mental health care, employing evidence-based practices to address issues such as abuse of marijuana, alcohol, methamphetamine, nicotine, and prescription drugs. Treatment also covers decision-making, thinking errors, goal setting, and healthy life choices. Services are personalized and culturally relevant, often involving family and community support.

Clients are typically referred by various sources, including self-referrals, community partners, insurance, or legal systems, and may also transition from inpatient care. Treatment plans generally span around 12 weeks but may extend based on individual progress and needs. Mental health treatment is also adaptable to ongoing requirements.

Our offerings include alcohol and drug assessments, group and individual counseling, recovery planning, relapse prevention, DUII information classes, intensive aftercare, family programs, smoking cessation, case management, and referrals for additional support services. We strive to support clients in achieving their recovery goals and making sustainable lifestyle changes.
