Our Treatment Services division is dedicated to offering comprehensive therapeutic support to children, teens, and their families. We provide a variety of programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients, ranging from community-based counseling to specialized therapeutic schooling and in-home supportive services.

Our Intensive In-home Behavioral Health program delivers up to four hours of weekly community counseling, including therapy, skills training, and medication management to support families in their homes. Kelly Avenue School, in partnership with the North Wasco School District, offers a flexible therapeutic schooling environment tailored to students' cognitive, emotional, and social needs. This program helps students catch up on academic credits while providing mental health and counseling services, psychological and behavioral skill development, and addiction and sex offender treatment.

Similarly, Klahre House provides an alternative therapeutic schooling option. It combines traditional academic subjects with therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, psychological and behavioral skill development, and addiction treatment. This program supports students with credit recovery, GED preparation, and special education needs.

Our mental health services cater to youth aged 3 to 26, focusing on various issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, behavior challenges, and substance use. We use approaches like Behavior Skills Training and Play Therapy and offer family therapy and medication management as needed.

In addition, we offer In-Home Safety and Reunification Services to stabilize families in crisis and prevent children from entering foster care, as well as Nurturing Visitations to support family reunification. With a growing need for therapeutic foster care, we have expanded our services to include Therapeutic Foster Care, providing a nurturing home environment for children and teens with emotional and behavioral needs. Finally, the Therapeutic Learning Classroom at Chenowith Elementary offers day treatment and therapeutic support for younger students in North Wasco County.
